1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Degok Hotels Ltd – Headquarters ("Degok Hotels", "the Hotel", "we", "us"). By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

2. Reservations & Booking

  • All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Details will be communicated upon booking.
  • Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the terms of those platforms in addition to our own.
  • Degok Hotels reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.
  • Room rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM  |  Check-out: 12:00 noon (midday)

  • Valid government-issued identification (national ID, passport, or driver's licence) is required at check-in.
  • Early check-in is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.
  • Late check-out: After 12:00 noon, a surcharge of 50% of the room rate applies. After 6:00 PM, the full room rate for an additional night is charged.
  • The Hotel may relocate a guest to a room of equivalent or higher standard if necessary, with reasonable notice.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Room rates are per room, per night, and include complimentary breakfast unless stated otherwise.
  • A 10% service charge is applied to all room service orders.
  • Payment is accepted in cash (Naira) and by bank transfer. Card payment acceptance is subject to availability — please confirm at time of booking.
  • Degok Hotels reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Confirmed bookings will honour the rate at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Important: A 100% cancellation fee applies for reservations cancelled after 12:00 noon on the date of arrival.

  • Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, at the discretion of the Hotel. Please contact us as early as possible.
  • No-shows will be charged the full first night's rate.
  • In the event Degok Hotels must cancel your reservation (e.g., due to force majeure), we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative accommodation or a full refund of any deposit paid.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • Any damage caused to Hotel property will be charged to the guest's account at replacement cost.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises immediately, without refund, if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

7. Liability

  • Guests are advised to deposit all valuables (cash, jewellery, important documents) at the front desk. The Hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to items that were not deposited.
  • The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.
  • Guests use the Hotel's facilities (pool, gym, etc.) at their own risk. The Hotel accepts no liability for injury or accident arising from use of these facilities, except where caused by proven negligence of the Hotel.
  • The Hotel's liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the room rate paid for the relevant night(s) of stay.

8. Hotel Services

  • Complimentary breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Guests who miss this window forfeit breakfast for that day without compensation.
  • Room service is available and subject to a 10% service charge on all orders.
  • The Hotel provides 24-hour security, 24-hour power supply, and free Wi-Fi to all guests.
  • The Conference Hall is available for hire at ₦330,025 per event. Full terms for event hire are provided upon enquiry.
  • All services are subject to availability and may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or operational reasons, without notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your stay or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
